I am sorry I don't post very often, I usually post when things are not going well. Which means that things have been going well lately. There really is a way out of the whirlpool and back to the light but it is hard work. But I am glad that I have undertaken the work and been mostly successful. I will try to post more often. I sometimes hold back things because of concern for my job and my family, but then this journal does me no good. Thank you for commenting.
